Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Dynamix.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dynamix platform ("Service"), including the website, dashboard, trading bot, and all related tools and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Dynamix ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Description of Service

Dynamix is an automated Solana trading control dashboard that provides:

  • Real-time monitoring of PumpFun and PumpSwap markets via blockchain data streams
  • Automated trade execution based on user-configured parameters (market cap, bonding curve, migration sniping)
  • Wallet management with encrypted key storage
  • Take-profit and stop-loss exit strategies
  • Transaction history and live trade notifications
  • API key-based authentication and plan management

The Service is provided as a tool for automated trading on the Solana blockchain. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of any kind regarding trading outcomes.

3 Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You must not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
  • You must not be a person or entity subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without providing a reason.

4 Account & API Key

Access to Dynamix requires a valid API key obtained through our payment process. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your API key confidential, Do not share your API key with anyone. Your key is your sole means of authentication.
  • All activity under your key, You are fully responsible for all actions performed using your API key, whether authorized by you or not.
  • Reporting unauthorized use, Notify us immediately if you believe your API key has been compromised. Use the key rotation feature in the Settings page to generate a new key.
  • Email accuracy, Ensure the email address you provide during purchase is correct and accessible, as your API key and important communications are delivered there.

We reserve the right to disable or revoke any API key that we reasonably believe has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

5 Payments & Subscriptions

Dynamix operates on a paid subscription model with the following terms:

  • Payment currency: All payments are made in SOL (Solana's native cryptocurrency) at the current market rate at the time of purchase.
  • Plan activation: Your plan is activated once the SOL deposit is confirmed on the Solana blockchain and detected by our system.
  • Plan duration: Plans are available in Monthly and Yearly billing cycles. Access expires at the end of the paid period unless extended.
  • Plan extension: Existing users can extend their plan. Additional time is appended to the current expiration date.
  • No refunds: All payments are final. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are not available once a payment has been confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Payment window: Each deposit address has a limited time window. If the timer expires before payment is received, you must restart the purchase flow.

6 Wallet & Private Key Management

Dynamix allows you to generate new wallets or import existing Solana wallets for use with the trading bot. Important terms regarding wallet management:

  • Encryption: All private keys are encrypted using AWS Key Management Service (KMS) before being stored. Keys are decrypted only server-side for the purpose of transaction signing.
  • User responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your wallet private keys. While we encrypt keys at rest, you should always maintain your own backups.
  • Imported wallets: When importing a wallet, you acknowledge that you are providing your private key to our system. Only import wallets you intend to use for trading on Dynamix.
  • No custody service: Dynamix is not a custodial wallet service. We provide wallet functionality solely for the purpose of executing trades. We do not hold, manage, or guarantee your funds.

7 Trading & Risk Disclaimer

Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. By using Dynamix, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile. Token prices can drop to zero within seconds.
  • Automated trading bots, including Dynamix, can execute trades that result in partial or total loss of your deposited funds.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results. No trading strategy, entry mode, or exit strategy guarantees profits.
  • PumpFun and PumpSwap tokens are extremely high-risk, speculative assets. Many tokens lose all value shortly after creation.
  • Network conditions, blockchain congestion, and RPC node availability can affect trade execution speed, slippage, and outcomes.
  • While Anti-MEV protection reduces the risk of sandwich attacks, it does not eliminate all forms of market manipulation or adverse trading conditions.
  • You are solely responsible for configuring your trading parameters, entry modes, take-profit levels, stop-loss settings, and buy amounts.

Dynamix is not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are made by you through the parameters you configure. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

8 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any form of fraudulent trading activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security features or access controls
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your API key or access to the Service
  • Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities
  • Create automated scripts or tools that interact with the Service outside of its intended interface
  • Use the Service on behalf of sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

9 Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Specifically:

  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues
  • External dependencies (Solana blockchain, RPC nodes, Yellowstone gRPC, Jito block builders, 0slot) are outside our control and may experience outages
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice
  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, whether caused by us or by third-party infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Dynamix are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription period.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Dynamix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
  • We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from trades executed by the bot, regardless of the configuration or market conditions

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynamix and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Any trading activity conducted through your account
  • Any content or data you provide to the Service

13 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
  • Non-payment or payment fraud
  • Extended inactivity at our discretion

Upon termination, your API key will be invalidated, the bot will stop, and you will lose access to the dashboard. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination. No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause.

14 Third-Party Services

Dynamix integrates with and relies on various third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Solana blockchain network
  • PumpFun and PumpSwap decentralized exchanges
  • Jito Labs (MEV protection and block building)
  • 0slot RPC (transaction execution)
  • Yellowstone gRPC (blockchain streaming)
  • AWS Key Management Service (encryption)
  • CoinGecko (price data)

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of these services through Dynamix may be subject to the respective third party's terms and conditions.

15 Data Retention

Transaction history data is automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not provide long-term trade history archiving. It is your responsibility to export or record any trading data you wish to keep beyond the 30-day retention window.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Dynamix.

17 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
